Job Overview:
Trademark Building Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance & Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repairs, and servicing of high-end residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will manage a team, troubleshoot complex property issues, and self-perform various handyman tasks when needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage maintenance and service operations across residential and commercial properties.

  • Troubleshoot and self-perform minor handyman repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximize property value and functionality.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and schedules.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a related field.

  • Strong handyman skills with the ability to self-perform minor repairs.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with high-end residential and commercial building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • A valid drivers license is required.
