Job Overview:
Trademark Building Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance & Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repairs, and servicing of high-end residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will manage a team, troubleshoot complex property issues, and self-perform various handyman tasks when needed. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage maintenance and service operations across residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and self-perform minor handyman repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximize property value and functionality.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service to property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
Strong handyman skills with the ability to self-perform minor repairs.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with high-end residential and commercial building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
A valid drivers license is required.
