Purpose: The Talent Sourcer will search and evaluate potential talent for clinical and non-clinical roles using various methods to source candidates via job boards, social media, professional platforms, and networking events. Will engage with potential candidates, coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, developing talent pipelines, and promoting the hospital’s brand. Will also assist with strategies to ensure vacancies are filled with exceptional candidates who align with our hospital’s vision, mission, and goals.
