• Maintain wait list when all server sections are full or accommodating large parties.
• Inform guests of specials and server's name; inform servers of new parties.
• Clean and reset tables to standard within 2 minutes of guest departure.
• Be alert to recovery situations; perform BLAST.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness, including highchairs and booster seats.
• Sanitizing menus
