Job Summary
Primary duties include answering phone calls and transfers to appropriate people in a timely manner. Takes phone messages as needed. Schedules appointments. Getting information on patients for the next day’s appointments as well as performs general clerical duties and act as a receptionist.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
