Job Overview:

Ocean Heart and Vascular is looking to add a qualified Per Diem Echo Tech in Barnegat NJ.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Diploma from accredited echocardiography program
• At least one year of hospital work experience required

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Registered Echocardiogram Technologist or Registry - eligible
• Basic Life Support Certification

Scheduling Requirements

• Day Shift
• Per Diem Schedule

Essential Functions:

• Perform echocardiograms daily on inpatients and outpatients for all age groups
• Schedule inpatient echo around outpatient appointments.
• Schedule in-patients with transport team.
• Assist Cardiologist when performing TEE procedures.
