Paramedic at RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INC – Hillsboro, Ohio

EMS Team, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedics to join our dedicated Emergency Medical Services team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for delivering advanced life support (ALS) care in pre-hospital and interfacility transport environments. You will work alongside EMTs, first responders, and hospital staff to provide critical care in high-pressure situations while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to non-emergency calls for emergency medical assistance.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide appropriate ALS interventions (e.g., IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, airway management, medication administration).

• Safely operate emergency vehicles in accordance with local laws and organizational protocols.

• Accurately document patient information, interventions, and care in electronic patient care reports (ePCR).

• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, medical personnel, and other emergency services.

• Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and inventory of ambulances and medical equipment.

• Participate in quality assurance programs, continuing education, and team training.

• Uphold compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA.

• Current Paramedic certification (NREMT-P or State Licensed).

• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (EVOC certification preferred).

• Minimum [X] years of experience in emergency medical services (preferred but not required).

• Strong knowledge of EMS protocols, pharmacology, and patient care standards.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
