Custodian at Tresco, Inc. – Anthony, New Mexico

📍 Location: Anthony, NM
⏰ Schedule: Full-time Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8AM-2PM, Tuesday & Thursday 6AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM
💲 Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
📅 Closing Date: Open Until Filled

Join Tresco, Inc. as a Custodian and play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities. Your contribution helps ensure a welcoming environment for our staff and the public we serve.

✔️ Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices
✔️ Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
✔️ Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed
✔️ Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms
✔️ Vacuum all carpeted areas and ensure all surfaces are sanitized
✔️ Notify maintenance of any repair needs
✔️ Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed
✔️ Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care

• Education: High School diploma or GED required

• Experience: Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!

• License: Valid driver’s license required

• Background: Must pass background check and driver’s license record check

• Clearance: Must be eligible to secure and maintain an NACI clearance (for federal positions)
