We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 140-unit residential apartment community located in Portsmouth, VA (Quarters at Park View).
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred.

- Renewing contracts
- Data entry
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
- Answering phone/ emails
