About This Position
JOB SUMMARY:The Director of Healthcare Operations will focus efforts on managing the operational aspects of the healthcare business within Hilldrup. This person will be judged on the overall success of these projects, which is to include customer satisfaction and profitability. This person will oversee operations, pricing, scope of work, client presentations and setting up the appropriate team to manage this business. This role ensures that all projects are properly scoped, contracted, priced, delivered on time, within scope and budget, while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, compliance and service excellence. This position will collaborate cross functionally to develop, manage and continuously improve healthcare-specific processes and deliverables.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:TBDDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Hire and manage team necessary for this business line to function properly· Oversee pricing function for all healthcare and laboratory opportunities, and work with the Hilldrup Pricing Desk as needed to develop accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates· Accountable for operational success and profitability of each project· Work closely with the Hilldrup Response Team as needed on proposal responses· Perform contract reviews with legal and ensure timely, and legally compliant responses· Work with account and project managers to set up systems and processes that ensure maximum client retention, customer satisfaction, and budget discipline· Review vendor network and continuously look for best in industry companies to partner with· Build operational guidelines, expectations, and key metrics for projects· Assist with development, documentation, communication, training and support team on processes, procedures, and operational & administrative expectations· Create clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation· Think strategically about ways to grow the business, whether that is through new service offerings or acquisitions· Performs other duties as assigned

QULIFCATIONSRequired Education:Recommended four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales and/or business.Required Experience:Five to seven years of healthcare relocation project management experienceLicense/Certification:None required:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Primary Work Location:Works in an office and in healthcare and laboratory environments.Physical Demands:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Planned long days on project sites overseeing vendors and crews. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to travel estimated 50% of the time
