About This Position

At PAH Management we are growing, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to be our Corporate Director of Sales and Revenue

The Corporate Director of Sales & Revenue leads the development and execution of sales, revenue, and distribution strategies across the portfolio of hotels to drive market share growth and maximize profitability. This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance management, pricing strategy, distribution optimization, and overseeing property-level sales leadership.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Revenue Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing and yield management plans to optimize RevPAR and overall revenue performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and economic factors affecting demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee all forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of revenue performance across the portfolio.

Sales Leadership:

  • Direct the corporate and property-level sales teams in driving business through proactive outreach, relationship management, and lead generation.
  • Establish annual sales goals, KPIs, and incentives in alignment with company objectives.
  • Coach and develop sales leaders through regular performance reviews, field visits, and training programs.

Commercial Strategy:

  • Align sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to ensure unified and effective execution.
  • Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize digital presence, brand awareness, and conversion.
  • Analyze demand segments (corporate, leisure, group, OTA, etc.) to create targeted strategies by hotel and market.

Distribution & Channel Management:

  • Evaluate and optimize distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, brand.com, and direct sales to reduce costs and increase profitability.
  • Negotiate third-party agreements and manage channel partnerships.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize BI tools and RMS systems to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across systems (STR, PMS, RMS, CRS).
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on commercial performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive sales and revenue management experience, preferably in multi-property hotel operations.
  • Proven track record of driving top-line revenue and achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Deep knowledge of hospitality revenue systems (e.g., One Yield, GRO, IDeaS, Duetto), PMS (e.g., Opera, OnQ, FOSSE), and distribution technology.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 3 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Must have a driver’s license in the applicable state.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

  • Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
  • Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.

Physical requirements:

  • Long hours are sometimes required.
  • Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
