South Carolina Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Care is looking for an Internal Medicine Technician to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

As an Internal Medicine Assistant, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Your life-changing work will range from the hands-on care of facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests, to support services including admitting and discharging patients.

· Ultrasound

· CT

· Radioactive Iodine (I-131)

· Endoscopy (Flexible/Rigid)

· Bronchoscopy

· GI Endoscopy

· Feeding Tube placement

· Colonoscopy

· Laparoscopy procedures

· Joint Taps

· Bone Marrow Aspirates

1-2 years of clinical experience in veterinary medicine, Internal Medicine preferred

Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $19 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
