What You’ll Do
Support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative and client-focused tasks.
Coordinate site visits, craft compelling proposals and contracts, and ensure timely client follow-ups.
Maintain and update sales databases, calendars, and client records with precision.
Assist in planning and executing on-site events, FAM trips, and wellness-focused experiences.
Prepare and distribute internal communications for group arrivals and meetings.
Generate weekly sales reports and assist with forecasting and budget tracking.
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and existing clients, reflecting our wellness ethos.
Be a dependable, collaborative force in the sales office, ready to step up when needed.
Who You Are
You bring at least 1 year of hotel or administrative experience (sales or event coordination experience is a bonus).
You’re meticulously organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
You’re comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, CRM/sales systems, and email platforms.
You communicate with warmth and professionalism, whether on the phone, in writing, or face-to-face.
You’re a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
