Licensed Practical Nurse at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Willis Knighton Health is seeking a LPN for the Orthopedic Clinic on the Pierremont campus. The LPN will provide nursing care in the physician's office. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic , critical thinking and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, have excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers and the initiative to work independently. We have a atmosphere of team work that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nursing and clerical staff. The LPN will work closely with insurance companies, radiology and the surgery department. They will answer/ return phone calls, refills and schedule tests and procedures as ordered. Hospital and Departmental Orientation will be provided. You will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:oo am to 5:00pm.
