Overview:

The Senior Marketing Strategist role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution — creating, coordinating, and deploying high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple business units. The strategist will work hand-in-hand with business unit marketing, sales, and client experience teams to generate demand, improve retention, and support revenue performance.

This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer, who leads the enterprise functions of Human Resources, Corporate Marketing, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence, and Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise-Level Marketing Support (in partnership with Business Units)

  • Collaborate closely with business unit sales, marketing, and client experience teams to contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support both business unit and enterprise-level revenue goals.
  • Work with business unit stakeholders to translate enterprise marketing priorities into coordinated campaign tactics that drive pipeline generation, cross-sell, and retention efforts.
  • Support the execution of marketing activities and help ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and timing across subsidiaries by working alongside business unit teams.

Business Unit Collaboration

  • Partner with business unit marketing, sales, and client experience teams to support campaign coordination, content development, and execution.
  • Participate in planning sessions and help adapt enterprise content and messaging to meet local market needs.
  • Act as a point of contact to gather insights, share updates, and ensure alignment between enterprise and business unit marketing efforts.

Campaign Execution & Funnel Support

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide and cross-business unit campaigns — including email, digital ads, social media, and nurture tracks.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and production workflows.
  • Work with creative partners to develop compelling marketing assets that align with different stages of the customer journey.

AI & Marketing Technology Enablement

  • Use AI tools to help develop and refine content, conduct basic segmentation, and personalize marketing messages.
  • Partner with marketing and technology teams to ensure campaign tools and platforms are used effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and help business unit teams learn how to use enterprise tools and resources.

Content & Performance Reporting

  • Assist in building dashboards and reports that track marketing performance metrics like lead volume, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Help analyze campaign results and provide insights or suggestions for optimization.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting processes and help summarize key performance trends for enterprise leadership.

Budget Coordination & ROI Tracking

  • Help track spending and budget usage for centralized campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support reporting on marketing ROI and partner with business units to ensure spending aligns with strategic goals.

Process Improvement & Team Enablement

  • Help document and streamline campaign workflows, content production processes, and reporting templates.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of shared marketing resources, such as playbooks, templates, and guides.
  • Participate in enterprise marketing syncs and working sessions to share updates, gather input, and learn from other teams.

Corporate Marketing & Internal Communications

  • Support the Chief People Officer and HR team with the development and delivery of internal communications, including employee campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and enterprise-wide updates.
  • Assist with corporate marketing initiatives that reinforce brand, culture, and strategic priorities across the enterprise.
  • Help maintain internal communication calendars, draft content, and collaborate with design or digital teams to deliver polished assets.
  • Coordinate messaging and communications that align with enterprise events, organizational changes, HR programs, and employer branding efforts.

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and teams.
  • Eagerness to learn marketing technologies, campaign workflows, and revenue operations concepts.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and curious — with a desire to grow strategic and technical marketing skills.

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing strategy and execution, ideally within a multi-brand or holding company setting.
  • Demonstrated success executing cross-unit marketing programs and supporting decentralized teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper), HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation.
  • Track record of driving measurable impact through campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting.
