SCOTLAND HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS RECRUITING NEW NURSE GRADUATES

The program offers:

• Nursing Orientation and Skills Development
• Clinical Workshops
• Classes and Continuing Education
• A supportive environment specifically designed for the new nurse.
• Specially-trained nurse preceptors who provide mentoring and guidance.

To be eligible you must:

· Be a new graduate with RN license or eligible to take the NCLEX

· Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

· Provide two letters of reference from a clinical instructor during the interview process

· If offered a Nurse Residency position, a RN license will be required prior to start date.
