Inline Technician at Anchor Packaging Inc – Lanse, Michigan

An Inline Technician is responsible for ensuring that products are produced within all current specification, on time, and at the proper production rate to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include: working knowledge of the feed system, extruder, former, and trim press; ensure label match work order; quality check product; follow all safety policies and procedures; completes production paperwork; ability to pack the line when packers are at break; maintain good housekeeping at work station; must maintain good attendance.

Qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED; or successful completion of the WorkKeys Career Readiness Certification with at least 6 months related experience. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions; have basic understanding of computers and printers; ability to do basic math; must be at least 18 years of age; ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
