Plasterer in Orlando, Florida at Abacus

Abacus is looking for Plasterer to join our Theme Park Construction client in Orlando, FL!

Duties:
- Apply plaster, stucco, or other materials to walls, ceilings, or surfaces
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply coats of plaster or stucco to create desired texture and finish
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster or stucco
- Install metal stud framing for walls and ceilings
- Caulk and seal joints and seams
- Perform trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards or crown molding
- Lay tiles for decorative or functional purposes

Experience:
- Previous experience in plastering, stucco, or masonry work is preferred
- Familiarity with construction estimating is a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm *OT Available*

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $36.00 hourly.
