JOB SUMMARY Cleans and maintains all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility. Performs preventative maintenance on special floor equipment. Participates in the department's continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Performs all cleaning task including waste removal in the hospital and at our off site campuses. Performs helicopter and general security functions. Works with various chemicals. Maintains all hard surface and carpeted areas, including wall washing. Operates various equipment such as buffers, vacuums and auto scrubbers. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

• Good communication skills.
• Willing to learn computer.

Pay Status:

• Non-Exempt Hourly
