Box Office for Film Alley Georgetown at Schulman Partners – Georgetown, Texas

Summary of Position:

Serve customers in the box office, bowling area, or arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, that they will want to return again and again.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
• Follows proper cash handling procedures
• Sets up, maintains, and operates cashier stations at the box office, bowling, and arcade.
• Takes food orders and drink orders from patrons.
• Verifies the legal age of patrons going to rated R movies.
• Rings food and beverage orders into the register, collects payment, and makes change
• Practices safe serving techniques and informs manager on duty of any action that is necessary
• Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
• Keeps area clean during and after the event
• Keeps work area, equipment, utensils, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
