Rehab Therapy Aide in Gallipolis, Ohio at Holzer Health System

Works under the supervision of the Licensed Therapist (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) and reports to the Director of Inpatient Rehab.

Performs duties under direct supervision of the Licensed Therapist to assist patients with therapeutic activities. The Therapy Aide is also responsible for maintaining treatment areas, cleaning equipment, transporting patients to/from therapy, performing clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
• High school diploma required.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting with adult/geriatric population and/or serving people with physical disabilities is desirable.
• Experience working in a therapy/rehab setting is also preferred.
