About This Position

Ethical Energy Solar provides residential solar energy PV installations to homeowners in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Florida. Starting out in 2020 at the height of the Covid pandemic our small company at the time managed to install close to 100 solar projects our first year with just 3 employees. Today, we are all but doing that monthly. We attribute all of this growth to the right product, at the right time, sold and installed the right way. Ethical Energy is growing! We are seeking skilled Solar Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential properties, contributing to the growth of renewable energy solutions.

What you"ll do

Install solar panels on roofs or other structures following engineering specifications
Choose and configure setup locations
Assist in the layout and assembly of solar modules and mounting hardware
Conduct quality inspections to ensure systems meet safety regulations
Maintain clean worksite and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Experience as a Solar Installer preferred
Ability to work at heights on rooftops in varying weather conditions
Proficiency with power tools, voltmeters, and reading schematics
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of houses and buildings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
