4396 - Project Coordinator at Mission Box Solutions - JT Alliance, LLC – Warrenton, Virginia

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our U.S. operations team. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role provides a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual to excel in a rapidly growing and dynamic market. The position focuses on supporting customer deliveries, ensuring quality assurance, and conducting operational testing of equipment, with significant autonomy and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the program team and customer requirements, coordinating operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Develop and maintain delivery reports for incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Organize reports on deliveries, customer accounts, and payment schedules.
• Act as the main point of contact for projects and contracts, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
• Manage the workflow lifecycle, tracking tasks from initiation to completion.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing, with a preference for those with customer-facing experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the year.

Must Have’s:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Experience in contracts or program management is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer deliveries, and collaborating with a team.
• Previous experience in the Defense industry or similar fields is highly favorable.

Salary: $75,000-$90,000
Location: Warrenton, VA
