Digital Account Director at Republican National Committee – West Palm Beach, Florida

The Republican National Committee is seeking a Digital Account Director to join the Digital team. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing or politics and managing relationships with external partners. Additionally, the candidate is interested in being part of a team, collaborating with others, and working on long-term projects for the digital and political efforts of the RNC. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, driven, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. This is an in-person position based in Washington DC.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for and managing relationships with internal and external partners and teams.

• Actively communicating updates, responding to questions, and providing advice on best-practices.

• Creating and maintaining marketing materials and assets.

• Developing processes to prioritize and execute requests and provide regular updates.

• Managing a dynamic workload with many different priorities and deadlines.

• Collaborating with the digital team on various long-term projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital marketing or politics and managing relationships with external teams is required.

• Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills.

• A self-starter, able to begin and see through long-term projects.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with and respond to requests from many different teams.
