Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a dependable and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our San Diego market launch, including the introduction of Kohler's premium bath products alongside our exclusive Infinity from Marvin windows. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the expansion of Lifetime Home Remodeling, the 29th ranked home improvement company generating over $100M annually, into the Southern California market. You will oversee all operations, including Project Managers, Measure Techs, Installer Crews, and Service Techs, while building a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee Project Managers, Measure Techs, Installer Crews, and Service Techs, ensuring all teams operate efficiently and deliver exceptional results.
• Project Oversight: Approve project scopes, confirm structural and permitting requirements, and manage schedules for final measures and installations.
• Kohler Product Launch: Lead the introduction of Kohler's bath product line into the San Diego market, ensuring operational excellence and seamless integration into Lifetime's services.
• Customer Service Excellence: Resolve project challenges, maintain clear communication with customers, and ensure Lifetime's high service standards are met.
• Process Optimization: Implement workflow policies to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Control: Ensure materials and installation methods meet company standards, and perform regular inspections to uphold product and service integrity.
• Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and mentor subcontractors and internal production staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports to track progress, analyze operational data, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on production needs and support business development efforts.
• Meeting Participation: Attend weekly production and installation meetings to review progress and plan upcoming tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of combined sales and operations experience in the home remodeling or construction industry.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Product Expertise: Familiarity with high-end remodeling products, including windows and bath solutions, is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools to monitor and enhance operational performance.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with teams, customers, and leadership.
• Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, building and scaling operations in a new market.
