About This Position

This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and report on performance regularly to management
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients’ requirements.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • High school diploma required
  • Positive attitude and strong communicational skills
  • Willingness to be coached
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
