Job Description
- Develop all sanitation procedures for all processing equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance and monitor standards for local sanitation and supply expenses.
- Clean production machines, tools, containers, totes, dollies, thrums and all other processing equipment.
- Promotes safety through work procedures, orderly work environments, and employee safety programs.
- Demonstrate knowledge and development of Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures.
- Will be involved in all aspects of quality and safety including, but not limited to: HACCP program evaluation, GMP training, sanitation evaluation, working with operations personnel on quality and safety issues, inspecting returns, and sanitation procedures standards.
- Make sure that all corrections are performed prior to re-inspection.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
