Are you a dynamic and motivated professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? Join our team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and ensuring the delivery of exceptional restoration services to those in need.
About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to generate referrals.
- Identify new customer opportunities and nurture existing client connections.
- Represent the company at community, trade, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes to refine strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and referral sources.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with target prospects.
- Present tailored restoration solutions, including water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire & smoke remediation, biohazard cleanup, trauma cleanup, and reconstruction.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide timely reports on sales activities.
- Deliver group presentations and maintain consistent engagement with networking organizations.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with marketing material development.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: 4–6 years in relationship selling to executives and business owners.
- Skills: Strong oral and written communication, disciplined follow-up, proficiency in CRM and office software, and excellent planning and organizational abilities.
