About This Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform CNA duties
Fridays, Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
and Sundays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

NurseCore is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform CNA duties for a high-acuity patient in a private home in NW Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have home care experience with a professional, polished demeanor.

What you'll do:
  • Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policies
  • Provides care in compliance with the assigned care plan
  • Provides personal care, runs errands, helps with meals, supports mobility, performs light housekeeping, and delivers companion services
  • Practices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patient and self
  • Performs other duties as assigned
What it takes:
  • Available to work on Fridays, and Saturdays, 9:00am – 6:00pm, and Sundays 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • Active LPN license in Nevada
  • Experience working in a home care setting
  • Current hands-on CPR certification
  • Negative TB results within the last 12 months
  • Successful completion of a background check
Salary range: $27 - $30/hour
