Receptionist, UBER/LISC Grant at RWJBarnabas Health – NEWARK, New Jersey

Job Overview:

The receptionist position is responsible for scheduling Our Healthy Newark and Uber Health rides. The individual will work with patients and clinical team to provide ride intakes, book rides and collect and report data on assigned program service using approved platforms and workflows.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift- 7:00am- 3:00pm
• Monday -Friday with some weekends
• Part Time/Day

Essential Functions:

• Scheduling Our Healthy Newark and Uber Health rides .
• Capture and enter demographic data as part of Uber Health Program and other approved KPI metrics
• Participate in program service evaluation activities, which may include patient/participant surveys, and service provider surveys
• Attend and participate in any trainings to include Uber Health Platform and other
• Proactively follow up on any identified opportunities, concerns and/or issues as a means to improve the program service
• Escalate any issues, concerns, and opportunities to appropriate stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned and needed to ensure operational efficiency as part of the Centralized Uber Health 24 hours x 7day Program
