Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will virtually conduct initial & reassessments, write treatment plans, and supervise both RBT's & interns.

Compensation:

• $85,000 - $95,000 annually, based on skills, certification, and experience

Work Schedule:

• Remote Schedule
• Center hours Mon.-Fri. 7:00am-6:00pm, MST
• No weekends or late-night sessions
• All clinic-based care
• Quarterly travel to the clinic, with expenses fully reimbursed by the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Working 27 weekly billable hours
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide supervision to BT's and RBT's
• Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings
• Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed

Qualifications:

• MUST be currently licensed in Arizona (AZ LBA)
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with children
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• When visiting the clinic - High energy level and physical capability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
