Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will virtually conduct initial & reassessments, write treatment plans, and supervise both RBT's & interns.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $95,000 annually, based on skills, certification, and experience
- Remote Schedule
- Center hours Mon.-Fri. 7:00am-6:00pm, MST
- No weekends or late-night sessions
- All clinic-based care
- Quarterly travel to the clinic, with expenses fully reimbursed by the company
- Working 27 weekly billable hours
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide supervision to BT's and RBT's
- Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed
- MUST be currently licensed in Arizona (AZ LBA)
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with children
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- When visiting the clinic - High energy level and physical capability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
