Summary:

Under the supervision of the Branch Operations Officer, this position performs various tasks to develop, grow, and maintain current business and personal customer relationships. This individual will also be responsible for supporting the branch as well when needed on the frontline.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as a primary point of contact for local businesses and support current and future business needs.
• Create and maintain existing relationships to optimize deposit portfolios by cross selling other bank products and services.
• Cold and warm calling on businesses and customers to strengthen relationships and educate the community on products and services they are not currently using with the First National Bank of Dennison.
• Business visits with Commercial Lenders and the Marketing and Business Development Manager to check in and follow up on any needs or concerns.
• Partnering with UB’s and Loan Officers to take referrals for business services and products and ensure a smooth customer transition. Onboarding customers to the appropriate account and products to fit their needs.
• Supervise, guide, train, and coach frontline retail staff about business products and services.
• Daily operation supervision and completion at the branch level.
• Run teller window as needed to support frontline staff.
• Assist customers with internet banking, mobile banking, bill pay and e-statements, change of passwords etc.
• Verify wire transfer requests.
• Answers phone and greet customers entering the branch.
• Maintain complete confidentiality always both with customer and employee information.
• Assist with balancing and access of the vault, night drop, and ATM on an as needed basis.
• Assist with training of new employees and provide support when expertise is needed.
• Comply with banking regulations and all internal security procedures and policies.
• Represent the financial institution in community affairs and civic organizations.
• Volunteers at Bank events for at least 4 hours a year.
• Participate with county or city chamber meetings or committees.
