Artisan Baker pay range of $18-22/hr!

We're looking to add an experienced baker to our bakery team, who is passionate about creating high-quality, hand-crafted artisan breads. This individual will be responsible for mixing, shaping, and baking our artisan breads for our retail storefronts, demonstrating a high level of integrity and pride for the art of bread making as well as outstanding hospitality!

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of relative bread baking experience
• Precise and organized
• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• A working knowledge of mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing and baking
• Able to create high-quality bread by accurately following GAR formulas, processes and procedures
