We’re expanding our Houston, TX team and are currently hiring a Customer Service Event Representative! If you're compassionate, people-oriented, and eager to make a difference through your work, we’d love to meet you.
Role Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a vital point of contact for our donors and community partners. From answering questions to processing donations and providing support, your efforts will ensure every experience is thoughtful and impactful. Your role will directly support critical programs in communities that need them most.
Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Assist donors with processing contributions and issuing receipts
Respond to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and care
Keep donor records accurate and current
Work closely with our fundraising team to maintain donor engagement
Help personalize thank-you messages and other donor communications
Weekly base pay ranging from $750 to $950, depending on experience and performance
Performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities
Full training provided — prior nonprofit experience not required

Qualifications:Previous customer service experience required (nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
