We are seeking an in-office experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist, with a minimum of two years' experience. Candidate must be bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in our firm's success. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, patient, and communicates clearly and professionally over the phone. Qualifications:

Minimum two-year Intake Personal Injury Law Firm

Bilingual

Lead Docket (preferred)

Filevine (preferred)

Vinesign (preferred

Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)

*Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.

This position’s work schedule is Sunday through Thursday 12PM to 9 PM.

During the first 90 days (or completion of training), the schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Our firm is based in Los Angeles, CA 90067, and we require candidates be able to reliably commute to our office or be willing to relocate before starting work.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have at least 2 years of experience in legal intake, with fluency in Spanish being a requirement.
