General Cleaner - Twinsburg at CLEAN TEAM ACQUISITIONS II, LLC – Twinsburg, Ohio

The general cleaner will report to the area manager.

Job Overview:

Here at Provantage we are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as part of our custodial staff. We specialize in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in medical offices and facilities. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and will ensure that our facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant environment for employees and patrons or patients. Previous experience in environmental services, janitorial work or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of assigned location.
• Follow all cleaning protocols and use approved cleaning products.
• Ensure floors are free from dirt and debris. All floors swept and mopped.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, waiting areas and examination rooms.
• Replenish supplies such as hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is a must!
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a medical or healthcare facility
• Work independently and/or as part of a team while being efficient and maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting(20lbs) and bending.
