• Convenient shift schedules: 06:45-19:15 & 18:45-07:15

• On-call rotation: one shift every 12 weeks

• Deliver expert pediatric intensive care to critically ill children in a cutting-edge facility

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care

• Apply your advanced nursing skills and certifications to make a real difference

• Support families through critical health journeys with compassion and professionalism

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.

• A minimum of 12 months of full-time experience as an RN working in a specialized pediatric critical care unit such as PICU, NICU, Pediatric CVICU, or other high-acuity pediatric critical care unit.

• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E.

• Strong knowledge and skills in delivering critical pediatric nursing care within an interdisciplinary setting
