About This Position
The Client Services Specialist plays a key role in supporting clients by acting as a liaison between the company, our legal network, and our clients. The Client Services Specialist will engage in a variety of communications and be responsible for client inquiries, including the coordination of legal agreements, settlement offers, and other related communications. The role requires close collaboration with external legal teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution in compliance with legal and client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in working with legal documentation in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Principle Responsibilities- Communicate with clients, external legal teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely responses and support the client relationship.
- Manage documentation through the full agreement lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate tracking, records and documentation within internal systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years in a client or customer facing role, preferably in client support, legal operations, collections, financial services, or legal document handling.
- High attention to detail, critical thinking and organizational ability.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Professional, client-focused demeanor.
- Team oriented, self-disciplined and adaptable.
- Experience with legal, case management or collections software (e.g. CLS Collection Master) is a plus!
