Corporate Mining Senior Counsel at Top Tier Reps LLC – Denver, Colorado

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Mining Senior Counsel with a minimum of seven years of experience, ideally focusing on advising mining clients through complex transactions and regulatory proceedings. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit, providing strategic legal guidance to clients in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise mining clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings.
• Navigate regulatory proceedings and compliance matters pertinent to the mining industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Energy & Natural Resources unit to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to mining operations and corporate activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting the mining sector.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the state corresponding to the office location applied for.
• Minimum of seven years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate transactions and regulatory matters in the mining industry.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, dynamic approach to legal practice.
