Construction/CRE Loan Officer - Senior - VP at BANK OF MARIN – Rancho Cordova, California

Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Senior Construction / CRE Loan Officer to join our Commercial Banking Office in either Novato, California or Rancho Cordova, California.

The Senior Construction / CRE Loan Officer requires both office-based and off-site visits. This position examines, evaluates, and recommends approval of customer applications for construction and related commercial real estate loans. This position also develops and manages construction loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability to the bank while minimizing construction risk.

Professional / Educational Experience:

• Ten years of progressively increasing responsible construction lending experience. Loan experience must include subdivisions, commercial property, single-family dwellings and multi-family dwellings. Proven track record and good book of business.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

The hiring pay range for this position is $157,216 to $239,961 In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
