Fleet Services Assistant

The City of Sandy Springs is hiring a Fleet Services Assistant to support the critical operations of our Fleet Services division. • Assist with maintenance and support of the City’s vehicle fleet
• Transport vehicles to and from service vendors
• Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for deployment
• Maintain and track inventory of vehicles, equipment, and radios
• Support vendor coordination and interdepartmental fleet operations
• Help keep the Fleet Facility safe, clean, and operational

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• At least two years of fleet, motor pool, or mechanical experience
• Comfort working with vehicles, tools, and cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and be on-call as needed
