About the Role Converge Hub Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Hub Operations to lead our Scottsdale-based hub facility. This individual will serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of our non-dispensing pharmacy hub, which supports access and adherence programs for specialty and high-touch medications.

This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the organization and the opportunity to help shape a next-generation hub model that prioritizes innovation, compliance, and patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for the Arizona facility, ensuring full compliance with all state and federal laws and pharmacy board requirements

· Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all hub functions, including prescription intake, benefit verification, prior authorization support, and patient/provider outreach

· Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacy technicians, access specialists, and operational staff

· Oversee SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability

· Serve as the operational liaison between Converge and its pharmaceutical partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded

· Implement data-driven processes and performance metrics to monitor program outcomes and patient satisfaction

· Support compliance audits, licensing updates, and accreditation initiatives

· Drive growth and innovation as the organization expands into new therapeutic areas and support services

Required Qualifications

· PharmD or equivalent degree

· Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing (required)

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, including at least 2 years in a management position; experience in specialty pharmacy or a patient services hub is preferred

· Strong knowledge of pharmacy compliance, regulatory frameworks, and hub operations best practices

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams, scale operations, and manage cross-functional initiatives

· Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

· Passion for improving patient access, adherence, and health outcomes
