Finance Manager at Tigre USA Inc – Janesville, Wisconsin

This position oversees seeking strategic financial advantages for the company, seeking to increase its profitability, through the correct execution of internal controls, policies and through the integration of the business areas.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Implement and review AP and AR processes and controls.
• Integrate and consolidate AP and AR process of Business Unit
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement and Customer Service to implement the Procure to Pay and Order to Cash process.
• Responsible to schedule all fixed assets and prepaid expenses, making sure amortization schedules are accurately created.
• Responsible to prepare and consolidate Cash Flow (real and projection)
• Assist in ERP implementation
• Supervise team’s performance and provide feedback in a coaching and mentoring environment
• Review & own key areas of the monthly close process, including billing reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, AP and AR Aging analysis, fluxes, etc.
• Identify and execute process improvements to simplify and automate AP/AR processing
• Maintain Account Payable and Account Receivables guidelines documentation to ensure up-to-date instructions
• Create and implement SLAs and periodic reporting on all KPIs
• Perform and/or review tasks related to Accounts Payable and Account Receivables month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations, in accordance with company policy
• Work with internal/external auditors to ensure continued and up-to-date requirements are met.

Requirements and qualifications

• Ability to multi-task
• Prior knowledge of PTP and OTC flows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive and have a strong sense of urgency
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and prioritize and follow up accordingly
• Willingness to perform other departmental or cross-departmental duties as required
• experience with SAP
• English is required and Spanish desired
