As we scale our global presence, we’re looking for a Senior PR and Social Media Manager who can drive brand narrative, community engagement, and thought leadership across all platforms.

We’re looking for a highly-connected and impactful Senior PR and Social Media Manager to lead our Public Relations strategy and execution across owned, earned, and social media outlets across the company and the CEO’s personal channels. This is a senior, hands-on role that blends deep media savvy, influencer management, and creative strategy. You’ll shape how Made shows up in the world, building culture, amplifying our technology, and driving PR and influencer engagement across tech, media, entertainment, and music.

• Leverage your strong existing rolodex of relationships with top-tier media outlets (e.g., Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Billboard, MusicBiz Worldwide, TechCrunch, The Verge) to secure regular, high-impact earned media placements.
  
  

• Serve as the social-facing liaison for PR efforts, and work alongside the CEO and comms team to create shareable narratives.
  
  

• Manage new and existing relationships with top influencers, identifying ambassadors who can authentically represent Made’s platform and values.
  
  

• Design and execute ambassador and affiliate strategies with creators, producers, artists, and thought leaders.
  
  

• Own end-to-end social content ideation, creation, and publishing for all company channels and the CEO’s personal channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
  
  

• Translate Made’s mission and technology into compelling storytelling, cultural moments, and platform-native content.
  
  

• Maintain a consistent, authentic personal brand voice for the CEO, aligned with company values and thought leadership goals.
  
  

• Build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive awareness, user engagement, and growth across key audiences (creators, technologists, investors, media).
  
  

• Define KPIs for each platform and deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
  
  

• Run campaigns, collaborations, and creator activations to support product launches, speaking engagements, and cultural events.
  
  

• Stay on the pulse of platform trends, tools, and algorithms to continuously optimize performance.
  

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital communications, or influencer marketing, preferably in tech, entertainment, or media sectors.
  
  

• Proven relationships with media outlets and influencers across entertainment (Hollywood Reporter, Variety), music (Billboard, MusicBiz Worldwide), and tech (TechCrunch, The Verge).
  
  

• Strong creative instincts and a track record of growing personal and corporate social channels.
  
  

• Ability to think at the intersection of storytelling, data, and cultural resonance.
  
  

• Experience working directly with or as a founder’s “right hand” on communications is a plus.
  
  

• Comfortable with high visibility and fast-paced, iterative environments.
  

• Experience launching or growing a creator product or platform.
  
  

• Proficiency in creative tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) or short-form video editing apps.
  
  

• You’ve built a personal following or ghostwritten for influential executives.
