About the Role:
We are looking for part-time clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-17. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
  • Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting

About You:
  • Masters level therapists independently licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated experience in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
  • Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!

Schedule:
  • We offer flexible part-time schedule options of 10, 15, or 20 hours per week, available Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM PST and on weekends, designed to be mutually beneficial for you and the families we serve.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 position paid at $80 per clinical session plus additional administrative pay
