Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a well-established construction firm, managing all core accounting functions including general ledger, job costing, and construction draws using Sage 300.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and financial statements.

• Manage construction draws and oversee job cost allocations using Sage 300.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

• Work closely with project managers to ensure budget accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• 5+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Sage 300 (Timberline).

• Strong understanding of construction job costing and project accounting.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related accounting software.
