Client Success Coordinator - Work from Home at AO Globe Life – Springfield, Illinois

Our client success team focuses on the satisfaction of our clients. Each Client Success team member is the main point of contact for operations to ensure the greatest experience to deliver a service.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients
• Ensure smooth communication and service
• Process applications and assist clients with the onboarding process
• Resolve client concerns and keep satisfaction levels high
• Upsell services and close new leads
• Conduct virtual and presentations with clients

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 2 years' experience in client success, account management, or project coordination
• Have sales experience and love to engage with people
• Are organized, proactive, and a great communicator
• Can manage multiple relationships and tasks at once
• Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
