Administrative Assistant at Pro-Health Care Inc – COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, Minnesota

Pro-Health Care, one of the leading home care agencies in Anoka County, is seeking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position for our office in Columbia Heights. Responsibilities:

• Data entry and filing of client paperwork
• Assisting in billing and payroll related tasks
• Assisting in coordinating services provided to clients
• Collecting and processing employee time card information
• Receiving and assisting visiting clients, potential clients, and employees
• Fielding telephone calls from clients and employees
• Performing other office-related duties

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of post-secondary education or training required
• 2+ years of experience in home care industry preferred
• Excellent data entry and computer skills required, especially with Excel
• Must be comfortable learning and navigating new computer tools and processes
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Must be polite, positive, and detail-oriented
• Must be experienced in dealing with clients of various cultural backgrounds
• Must type 40+ WPM

• Hourly wage: $19-23/hr based on qualifications
