Description:

C2 Datacenter Network Architect – Lead

A well-engineered network is the foundation for secure, reliable data flow — enabling our C2 clients to accomplish their critical missions. But building a network that can adapt to evolving requirements and threats takes more than just hardware and software — it takes strategy, precision, and vision.

We’re looking for an experienced C2 Datacenter Network Architect to design and lead the implementation of advanced network solutions that empower the Intelligence Community. In this role, you’ll define, architect, and optimize datacenter network infrastructure for a high-priority national defense mission.

As the lead architect, you’ll apply deep expertise in software-defined networking (SDN), network transport, and security to build scalable, resilient systems. You’ll also mentor and guide a team of skilled engineers, driving the development of the next generation of secure, mission-ready network environments.

Join us—your expertise can help shape the future of defense communications.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineering Lead or Architect supporting large-scale DoD enterprise environments
  • Proven expertise in Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
  • Experience designing high-availability datacenter networks supporting 20+ distributed spoke sites
  • Strong understanding of Layer 2–Layer 4 networking protocols across multi-vendor environments
  • Knowledge of modern network architectures and best practices, including Spine-Leaf designs
  • Active Secret clearance
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise intelligence networks such as JWICS, JADC2, NC3, or C3BMC
  • Background in DISN Network Transport planning and provisioning
  • Hands-on experience implementing Next-Generation Firewalls and SD-WAN solutions
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud network architectures
  • Experience designing cross-domain and multi-layer enclave environments
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Cisco CCIE certification
