As we scale, we are looking for a high-impact Inside Sales Manager to lead our Tampa-based team to new heights.

The Mission: You won’t just manage a team—you will play a key role in the architecture of their success. Your goal is to drive revenue and operational excellence within our aluminum products sectors. You will spend your days coaching talent, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our customers receive the gold-standard service that defines us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach & Elevate: Lead and mentor an established Inside Sales team through proactive coaching, skill development, and performance management.
  • Team Development: Conduct regular 1-on-1s and training sessions to improve product knowledge and CRM proficiency.
  • Drive Revenue: Oversee daily sales performance, ensuring the team hits margin and revenue targets (quotes, conversion rates, product mix) while managing market-based pricing strategies.
  • Optimize Systems: Identify bottlenecks in the quoting and order-entry process to improve accuracy and response times.
  • Collaborate: Partner with Operations and Outside Sales to create a seamless customer journey from quote to delivery.
  • Manage Relationships: Act as a point of escalation for key accounts, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Industry Expertise: minimum of 3-5 years in inside sales (preferably in building materials, aluminum, or construction supplies).
  • Leadership Roots: 2+ years of experience supervising or leading a team.
  • Process Mindset: A proven ability to use CRM/ERP tools to drive efficiency and visibility.
  • Communication: A "customer-first" communicator who can lead with both empathy and accountability.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
